SPACE RENTAL

If you want to use multiple locations it will be $175 per hour

SPEAKEASY

Take a step back in time with our 1920's speakeasy. Complete with an 1800's vintage couch, velvet curtains and more!

$75 per hour

THE STUDIO

An aerial studio by day this space offers 16 foot ceilings, a balcony with iron work, lovely brick and decorative brick walls.

$75 per hour for the space
Additional charges to use the stage lights, fog machines, sound system and chairs.

PASTURE

$75 per hour

A bit of country in the middle of the city.

Step outside and enjoy the trees, sunlight and grass

*Additional charge to use the Studebaker truck

I will leave the space just as I found it. If I need to move or have something adjusted, I will ask.

I will not bring in any food or beverages, aside from water, without permission.

Fake blood and the like are prohibited, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon

I will not roam the property or enter any spaces that have not been agreed upon prior.

I will notify the host of any schedule changes no less than 24 hours or I will not be entitled to a full refund.
