Sky Dancing: Lyra LVL 3

Service Description

Take your aerial practice to new heights with our aerial dance class. This is not a yoga based class at all and prior knowledge along with certain aerial skills are required (IE: knowledge of basic aerial poses and terms, the ability to come into sacrum star without issue or hands on the floor, at least 3 pull overs in a row, etc.) Class begins with a warm-up of aerial conditioning and basic dance warm-ups. It then moves into breaking down choreography. We work on the same choreography for an entire month, learning pieces each week until a full dance is completed. Inversions and spinning do occur in this class, if you have issues doing those, we recommend not signing up for this class for your safety and well being.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 24 hours we cannot refund the class credit.
