Service Description

All Levels This class focuses on flexibility in a healthy way for the body. Active stretching is healthier than passive stretching (where you use your hands or an aid to take you deeper into a pose). By using this form of flexibility you help protect the body from injuries while taking your flexibility deeper without forcing it. This class is a great compliment to your yoga or aerial practice. All levels are welcome. No experience required
